Founder of Abbi Hoxleigh MCIPR, with support from TSOS Unity Hub in Rugby, created PR-Wellbeing Companion through Little PR Rock CIC with a focus on understanding internal motivations, personal expectations, and perceptions to enhance your relationship with yourself and those who are invested in and/or influence your business. This is especially important when attracting and hiring employees or freelancers and building positive staff team relationships at a time when businesses can succeed or fail in their first five years.

Abbi is a Public Relations and Communications Consultant and Member of the Chartered Institute of PR (MCIPR) who has helped entrepreneurs to make their inner dialogue consistent with external messaging through PR for several years. As a qualified PCI Level 2 Health and Wellbeing Coach and a former Community Mental Health Worker in a Recovery House Abbi uses her combined skills to support entrepreneurs with PR related wellbeing coaching.

Abbi specialises in translating complex information into easily digestible formats that resonate with various audiences. Whether through public relations, training or speaking, Abbi is committed to delivering informative and ethical messages. Her book, CREDIBILITY CONFIDENCE: How to Leverage PR as a Start-up, shows entrepreneurs how to develop a thought-leader mindset. Through experienced guidance, Abbi helps entrepreneurs grow responsibly, by understanding how we see ourselves and how we communicate that to the world.
TSOS Group runs the TSOS Unity Hub which is about both helping people and backing business, a place where support and opportunities come together. TSOS Unity Hub is helping Abbi with business planning, forecasting, governance and to develop the platform to include more trained coaches.
The name Little PR Rock CIC is one that means a lot to me. My parents’ names were Pauline and Peter and I thought of their meanings. Pauline means small/ LITTLE. Peter means ROCK. After remembering that Little Rock is actually a place and people may think I live there I nailed it. LITTLE PR ROCK because my Dad was our ROCK and that is much of what I do for my clients. Supporting them. Nurturing them and getting them to believe in their own credibility. That was when it was born: LITTLE PR ROCK CIC.
The PR stands for “With Perseverance and Resilience” because that is what you need in PR. You need to be Teflon and not be offended when things don’t go to plan. Oh, and the font that I have used for PR is called ENGAGEMENT. How fitting is that!
