What is PR-Wellbeing?

We assess your PR-Wellbeing based on how you are communicating and how it is affected by the stresses of scaling your business.

We look at the way that engage with the people invested in your businesses and those who can make a difference.

Do you work on retainer?

Yes. We also offer PR packages based on our additional services to compliment our PR coaching. You decide what done-for-you services you need and we provide a quote for you as a monthly project retainer for the first 3 months.

THESE PAID SERVICES ARE NOT PART OF MY PR-WELLBEING COMPANION COACHING.

What if I need extra support between coaching sessions?

We are always happy to extend your 1:1 sessions as needed. You may need to focus on more than is covered in your monthly session or you might need some PR support with doing your own PR. We charge a rate of £45 per hour for additional coaching. During the beta-testing phase we will be refining our timings and so will provide additional sessions for FREE.

How do I track my progress?

You can use your journal to make notes during your coaching sessions and to provide you with accountability. It is not possible to update My PR Wellbeing Companion as this is a training toolkit. You will have accountability calls to reflect on your progress with your PR coach.

How do you measure results of PR-Wellbeing Coaching?

Every month you will consider the measurement of your success toward completing your desired outcomes. As with all coaching we set intentions and goal setting that includes realistic goals that you can use to benchmark your progress.

How is my PR-Wellbeing coaching data protected?

We encourage you to use your journal to make notes during your PR-Wellbeing coaching session. We request only the information needed to provide the best service for you. We do not store personal information and will encourage you to stay focused on what is PR-related topics. We have a data protection policy that you can request to see. Little PR Rock CIC is registered with ICO, and handles information in line with requested GDPR policies. We may record coaching calls on request if you would like a transcript.

Can I join if I have a mental health issue?

We are committed to helping you to navigate using PR to your advantage at a time that can be stressful. We encourage you to get professional support if you have mental health concerns, and only signpost to personal wellbeing resources for reflection, not as a substitute for therapy or medical intervention.

How often are the PR-Wellbeing coaching sessions?

Our PR-Wellbeing coaching sessions last 1 hour with a follow up accountability check in for 30 mins. As we are in beta stage we are assessing this length of time in due course.

Subscriptions are for 3 or 6 months.

Can I access My PR-Wellbeing Companion on computer?

Yes. My PR Wellbeing Companion is designed to work on screen and as a mobile friendly toolkit. You will also receive a PDF journal to accompany the guidance. It is not available offline at this time.

Can I adjust my PR coaching schedule?

We recommend that you try to have at least one PR-Wellbeing coaching session monthly to create momentum, matched with an accountability call about 2 weeks later. Keeping to this process gives you flexibility, however we cannot carry sessions over until the following month.

Can My PR-Wellbeing Companion help me with stress?

Running a business can be exhausting in the first 5 years, so staying in control of your business vision, improving your communications and understanding your role in PR can make a difference in the way you manage your stress levels.

However, we cannot guarantee that you will reduce stress, as there are numerous other areas to consider. This is why we signpost out to experts who are dedicated to the wellbeing sector and you can contact these organisations through their links.

My PR-Wellbeing Companion is a self-management toolkit that enables you monthly to lay the foundations of your next PR challenge with confidence.

Can I cancel or change my subscription?

Yes. You can upgrade your subscription. All contracts are 3-6 months to get the best results, as stakeholder engagement is focused in 3 month cycles. Please contact Little PR Rock CIC if you are having difficulty managing your subscription.

At this beta-stage we are only trialling My PR-Wellbeing Companion’s self management toolkit and PR-Wellbeing coaching. A full subscription service will follow.
